DACSI Event “DLT & Tokenisation for Post-Trade – Has the Train left the Station?”

Yesterday, DACSI organised a well-attended event, including Regulators titled “DLT & Tokenisation for Post-Trade: Has the Train left the Station?” hosted by CACEIS. Martijn Vrijburg opened the event and welcomed the audience to their premises. Elly van Gils, as chair of the DACSI, set out the program and elaborated about the role of DACSI. Erik Veerman, together with Henk Brink, gave an introduction about the fundamentals. Our keynote speakers Emma Lovett and Coen ter Wal gave a lively presentation about “Digital Bond Issuance Market Update” and “Scaling DLT-Based Capital Markets: Stocktake and Roadmap”. After this introduction and presentations, the audience was split into three roundtables: “Impact of DLT based settlement and asset servicing”, “Legal and Regulatory Framework for DLT in Capital Markets” and “Exploring Cash on Chain”. A very succesfull event ended with drinks and networking.
