The General Assembly approved several governance nominations for both the DACSI Board and the Supervisory Board. It has been confirmed that Maurice van Tilburg (Euroclear Nederland) will succeed Jan Lemeire (Euroclear) as a member of the DACSI Board, with the appointment taking effect on January 1, 2026.
For the Supervisory Board, the meeting noted that Hugo Spanjer (Euroclear) has retired from his position. To fill the resulting vacancies and strengthen the Board’s composition, three new members were approved: Geert Desmedt (CEO and member of the ESES Board), Tom Rood (Senior policy maker – Financial markets NVB) and Frank Hollak (Head of Wealth Architecture ABN AMRO Bank). This means that the Supervisory Board now comprises five members. It is indicated that the DASCI strategy 2026 will be aligned and discussed with the Supervisory Board in Q1 2026.
With these appointments, both the Board and Supervisory Board are fully constituted for the coming term. DACSI will publish an announcement regarding these changes on its website.
