Following the request from the EU T+1 Industry Committee to designate one observer and one alternate for each national market within the Testing Facilitation Mechanism (TFM), the Dutch market has agreed on the following representation.
Sabine Vermaete (Euroclear) will act as the Dutch observer, serving as the primary point of contact between the Dutch market and the TFM. In this role, she will facilitate the exchange of information, coordinate testing-related activities, and help raise any Dutch or cross-border testing issues.
DACSI, represented by Elly van Gils and Ben van der Velpen, will serve as alternates. In addition to supporting the observer role where required, DACSI will ensure alignment with and communication towards the broader Dutch post-trade community.
