On the recommendation of the Board and following approval by the General Assembly, we are pleased to announce that Augusto Frade (BNP Paribas) will join the DACSI Board as of 9 February. With this appointment, the total number of Board members returns to the desired five, thereby ensuring an odd number in line with governance best practices.
